We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  •     In the same condition you received it
  •     Unused and uninstalled
  •     In its original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  •     Custom orders or made-to-order parts
  •     Items that show signs of use or installation
  •     Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or faulty product).
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
