Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12pm AEST are typically shipped the same day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide only via Australia Post. Shipping times vary depending on your location but typically range between 2–8 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Click & Collect

We do currently offer local pickup from our Logan Village location. 

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, peak periods, or carrier issues. If your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist you.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping, but are looking to expand in the near future. If you're located outside of Australia and interested in our products, please get in touch.
